This explains what information Sathvora LLC collects when you use the Teffany Sam membership at teffanysam.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the name you choose to show.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
- What you do in the app: likes, saves, comments, threads, questions, poll votes and the workout logs you save.
- Technical details: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic logs (such as IP address and device type) used for security and to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To give you access to the membership and keep your account secure.
- To process payments and send receipts and important account messages.
- To run the community features and show your own workout log back to you.
- To understand what members use so we can improve the content.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who helps us run it
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Memberstack (accounts and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and our database) and Bunny (video and photo delivery). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to sign you in and keep the site working. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Age
The membership is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
Security
We use encryption in transit and limit who can access your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
