These terms are an agreement between you and Sathvora LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs the Teffany Sam membership at teffanysam.com (the "membership"). By creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy a membership. By joining you confirm that you are. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

2. What the membership is

The membership gives you access to Teffany Sam's fitness, training, nutrition and physique content: workouts, check-ins, educational videos and articles, photo shoots, stories, voice notes and the member community. Content is added regularly. What is included can change over time, and individual pieces may be updated or removed.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) and your payment method is charged the price shown when you joined, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.
• Founding price: if you joined at the founding price, it stays the same for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
• If we ever change the price of an existing plan, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before you are charged the new price.
• If a free trial is offered, your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial length and the price after it are shown before you sign up.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime yourself: log in, open Account, then Manage membership, and cancel. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

5. Refunds

Because the content is available immediately, payments are non-refundable and we don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we'll look into it.

6. Your account

Your membership is for you alone. Don't share your login or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without refund.

7. Using the content

All content in the membership belongs to Sathvora LLC and Teffany Sam and is protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable right to view it for your own use while your membership is active. You may not download, record, screenshot to share, copy, resell, repost or distribute any of it, or use it to train AI models. Sharing content outside the membership will get your account closed and may lead to legal action.

8. Community rules

Be respectful in comments, threads and questions. No harassment, hate, threats, spam, sexual or explicit messages, or sharing other people's personal information. We may remove anything and close accounts at our discretion.

9. Health information

Teffany is a professional bodybuilder sharing what she does. Nothing in the membership is medical, nutritional or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. Training, dieting, supplements and anything else discussed can carry real risks. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your training, diet or supplement use, and train within your own limits. Discussion of drugs or substances is shared as personal experience and education only, never as a recommendation. You take part at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The membership is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sathvora LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the membership after that means you accept the updated terms.
